Your use of our bookings systems signifies your acceptance of the terms set out on this page:

  1. although we work hard to keep our bookings error free, errors and omissions can and may happen
  2. we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any booking communications including verbal, website and email
  3. you accept that in no event shall we be liable to you for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenues or goodwill, however, caused, including booking errors
  4. you accept our Cancellation and No Show policy, detailed below.

Cancellation and No Show policy

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. This will avoid any boardroom fees charged and enable persons who need that date to be able to schedule that appointment slot.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, will incur the full amount of time booked as well as the boardroom fee charged to LEX.

Please note

ALL cancellations must be made in writing or via email. Cancellations cannot be made by leaving a voice message.

No Show

Clients who book examinations and fail to show up for the booking and/or did not send a written cancellation within the 48 hour timeframe, will incur the full booking fee as well as the boardroom fee charged to LEX.
